The Role
It was sufficiently difficult to provide a test and keep the job interesting. There was also alot of tasks given to you to improve your experience.
Everyone is really friendly, the office times are a laugh and people will always help the new ones so never be afraid to ask questions.
They were as helpful as all the other staff. I had an away job for 2 weeks and the exec I was with was very friendly and supporting throughout
Good amount of work each day, kept busy and given a variety of tasks. The newcastle office had clearly planned our internship well.
Alot of responsibility given. I was even handed my own audit, this was a small charity but gave me a great opportunity to try out new roles as an auditor.
It taught me to patient with people, use my initiative and be confident. These are all important characteristics for gaining a job at a later date.
The Company
Very good, as a small office, everyone knew each other so it was a very friendly atmosphere.
Newcastle Office were very organised and had planned our internship in great detail.
Alot of time, everyone I worked with did as much as they could to help. The feedback system was useful too as it gave you pointers for future improvement.
National Travel
Very good, although I have a couple of days left, I have been told that job prospects are good and I should get a job at the end of it.
The Culture
Yes I regularly got together with other interns wether to play pool or just go for a drink.
It is very cheap in newcastle, there was money left by the end at least!
Newcastle is a great night out and you can always find cheap drinks!
I participated in the office Coast to Coast challenge for charity.
