The Role
Interesting work, if somewhat exhausting on occasion.
Mostly felt a good deal of respect from all the other employees, even those who had been with the company for many years.
Teams are very helpful all round, even if everyone seems busy.
The workload can become quite high at times, and could become stressful if you struggled with too much without requesting help. Asking for advice and assistance is not just encouraged, it's utterly essential.
Plenty of responsibility, much work on important (and existing!) tools.
Helpful all round. I can see a lot of the skills I have developed becoming helpful in the future.
The Company
Good atmosphere; not quite playful, but certainly light-hearted. The frequent appearance of cake is certainly a boon.
No issues at all. Management was totally in charge the whole time, without issue.
Can't argue with the training; everything I needed was provided.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Potential jobs available, a lot of conversions this way. Have not acquired a job myself with them (yet), but they hire continually and like experienced interns.
The Culture
Too much social scene if anything! Trips here there and everywhere are common.
London office is naturally pretty expensive, although the subsidised housing helps a lot.
It's London. What more could you ask for? Not a huge nightlife person myself, but although the price hurts, the range can't be beaten anywhere in the world.
Lots of sports and games available in the lunchtimes and evenings; take your pick!
