  • I worked in a small department that had lots of work. So I actually felt that they wanted me and they wanted me to work as hard as i could, within reason.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was mostly guided by my buddy (trainee) who knew a lot about the department's work. My trainee was always happy to help, so much so that even when they weren't available I knew how to manage some of the work myself.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I was always busy.
