The Role
Great varied work, lovely work atmosphere
They were very inclusive, I never felt like an outsider
Whenever I got stuck, I always felt free to ask as many questions as I liked
I was rarely bored or too busy. I was quite often busy, but I'd much rather have work to do than get bored twiddling my thumbs
We were given client work from the word go! At first I was nervous I'd do it wrong, but I got used to it and enjoyed it!
I've learnt so much since I've been here. It really will help me out in the future
The Company
Office atmosphere was always light hearted and relaxed
Very well organised, lots of centralised stuff to fill our time if we had nothing to do. Managers were excellent
Huge amounts of training and money was spent on us
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Looks like they are very willing to take on interns if we perform well enough and make a good enough impression on everyone
The Culture
Yeah we all went to the pub often and there were countless socials
Quite expensive, but I am living in Surrey, so it was to be expected
Reigate doesn't really have a nightlife, but it's not far from London, which obviously does!
Plenty of extra stuff to do
