The Role
I love working at ProspectSoft and will miss the company and people dearly when I leave
From day one you are made to feel a part of the ProspectSoft Family
People are always on hand to help, and they do so with a smile
I was busy enough for the time to fly by
You are given real responsibility which motivates you even more in wanting to do well
The skills learned are invaluable and will no doubt help in the future
The Company
It was always balanced in the office with a work hard play hard ethos
ProspectSoft know what they are doing when it come to placement opportunities
The placement academy ensured personal development took care of itself. There was also a whole months worth of time and effort invested in training us at the start of our placement
The way ProspectSoft recruit is through their placement scheme
The Culture
The social calendar was always full
it was pretty much affordable
Oxford is where the majority of people lived
There is always something going on or being organized, from trips to theme park to paintballing
