The Role
A really enjoyable experience, with a variety of interesting and actual work, that benefited myself and the company, there was however the odd un-enjoyable job but thats normal for any placement
After about 4 weeks of working here i felt i could talk to any of my colleagues and felt like family with them after a few months, they helped me through rough personnal times too, with brilliant emotional and work support
My managers were really good and i could talk to them at any point to gather information about a certain project or task, sometimes they were busy or un-avaliable so i would need to wait or consult another member of the team, there were frequent 1-2-1 sit downs with my manager that let me understand where i was going and how i was doing
I was rather busy on a daily basis but, on the odd day there was little work to do on certain projects, which was a bit of a drag but the work soon came back around again. when the work came though it was interesting and usually had well timed dead lines
I had a lot of responsibility in my view, i had certain projects that were vital to succeed in certain sales, and i had certain internal department responsibilties that were also important to keep the department a float
I had plenty of training, courses and general knowledge gained during my time here that will be so useful in my future! Top marks!
The Company
the atmosphere amongst the employees was great and really friendly, however there was the odd scrap between higher management and lower levelers at times
really well organised, there was plenty of people i could turn to in times of need and the transication between uni and work was brilliantly organised, we have a really strong HR team that can help with anything
i had a few training courses that aided both me and my work, there is also online course to take in your own time. However i didnt get to go on some of the more expensive courses, but being a undergraduate i can understand that

Really good, there possibility that i get offered a job after i graduate is really high i believe, and the graduate scheme here is really good and very appealing to launch you into your future career
The Culture
It was brilliant, i activly integrated myself into a brilliant and tight friendship group, i set up activities and even set up a sports team within the company that was fully funded byt the company. The friends are incredible and i have made friends for life
this is probably one of the only slightly down points, because of our closeness to london, we get quite steep prices, the living costs weren't too bad though there are plenty of room to rent and house shares etc, there are also a few supermarkets that seem to be close to everywhere
the nightlife was good there are at least (in my opinion) 2 really decent venues and quite a few other nice ones, we are close to london aswell so a night out in the big city is recommended too
Spoit for choice, i went through a period of about 5 weeks i think were i actually never had a night off, so it would be monday sport activity, tuesday movie night, wednesday snowboarding or cinema, thursday poker, friday night out, weekend was either a tournament or a trip somewhere :) Really good, but this came with the friendship group that i was apart of
