The Role
Was difficult at times but everyone was really helpful and supportive.
I felt like I was doing an important job and producing useful work
My line manager was quite high up in the organisation so much of the support and guidance came from my colleges.
There was always work to do but I didn't feel overworked at all.
As much responsibility as other employees, in safety critical applications responsibility is shared with several people checking work.
Very useful for degree studies and really tied it all together.
The Company
Everybody very polite and helpful, great culture
HR department supportive.
Heavy investment in training continually.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare from home
Really good attitude among employees, good investment in training and international travel in right departments
The Culture
Most interns were together and social scene good, same for graduates.
Living cost about the same as at Uni.
Good in center of town where we lived, not good near site.
Kind of like Uni with company encouraged activities
