The Role
Went over and above my expectations.
I have made friendships with employers and colleagues that extend beyond the placement.
There was connectivity, support and communication nomatter where we all were.
The work balance was perfect and there was flexibility around work style.
I was not cotton wrapped. I had responsibilities that had real impact on the current state of the business.
You learn to perceive things differently. I am more focussed and driven.

It is competitive but I have a greater chance than before.
The Culture
There was great family feeling.
Tended to be reasonable if you looked for a good deal.
There were plenty of restaurants, cafe's and pubs. If you wanted there were also great churches that made for a priceless night out.
Immeasurable! And this is both within the network of peers from in and out of the work environment. The locals are very friendly.
