The Role
Enjoying it but some parts are quite stressful, especially being judged and assessed on everything!
We get on well, but I feel like I have to accept lots of criticism gracefully, even if I disagree
Given lots of points on development areas to ensure I get the best possible score at the end of the internship
Often had to come in early andor stay late to get all my work done
Was given important work to do on current projects
Learnt lots of inter-personal skills regarding the work place environment, and excel skills
The Company
Serious atmosphere most of the time
Had thought of what I would be working on and objectives before I started
Did some developmental webinars, and arranged for me to meet lots of people cross the business to extend my knowledge
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Would like to be referred to graduate programme but won't find out till end of the placement
The Culture
All the other interns were friendly
London is expensive, but that is not unexpected
Good, but could be difficult due to public transport issues
Some charity work was available
