The Role
Being surrounded by a welcoming team whilst been given a high degree of flexibility made for an enjoyable placement.
All colleagues definitetly supported where possible and provided plenty of support. On a personal it is a difficult business to make an immediate imapct, so at times tough.
Guidance and support always available and others worked with and for me to create the best possible placement.
A few large projects to completed over the internship and smaller tasks delegated. Most work is self driven.
Responsibilty in creating a project and the day to day aspects of the placement were high.
Plenty of mandatory learning alongisde sitting in on client meetings provided a vast increase in knowledge
The Company
A friendly team that worked verl well together, little outside the offfice.
Very clear structure to the programme with constant updates throughout.
I wanted to gain as much exposure as possible over 7 weeks and got exactly that. Requests to visit other departments or sectors of the bank were always met with a positive response.
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Clealy a market leading firm who value Graduates highly and those on Programmes definitetly praised it.
The Culture
Chance for the interns to meet up provided a good socal scene. Slightly lacking within individual placement.
Lived at home so all normal to me.
Again near my home so a lively nightlife.
Lots of opportunities to get involved with Charity Projects and social events, very strong here,
