The Role
I do not find writing programs that interesting
Not much interaction between colleagues in general
Given when asked for
At times i had work to do but couldn't continue because I needed to ask my line manager a question, but he was occupied
Not surprising, as my competence levels in the programs i needed to use were not very high when i joined, and i needed a while to learn enough to work independently
I will need to write many programs next year for my course
The Company
Not a lot of interaction, people eat lunch at their desks and continue working, not many socials at all
Not very structured, but ok because my line manager gave me work to do
they helped me more than i was able to help them, but there was not much training etc provided
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
I don't think the industry is right for me
The Culture
hardly any social events
city of london...
city of london...
nothing organised/provided by company, but plenty of opportunities in the city
