The Role
It was very interesting experience in terms of both getting to know the company better and improving some of the core competencies PwC looks for in the applicants.

All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable during the whole Insight Day. When we were doing exercises, they were in the room going around, checking how we are doing and offering advice and help.
The day was quite busy and intense, but between more demanding tasks there were also some rather relaxing activities, such as informal lunch with PwC employees or coffee breaks.
Not applicable, as we were not doing any work.
The exercises we were given and especially the feedback after completion of them were very helpful in gaining better understanding of core competencies required from applicants by PwC (f.e. teamwork, communication skills).
The Company
Everyone was very friendly and helpful for us and it seemed to be part of culture of PwC present in daily life in the office. It seemed a learning-friendly place, where you can ask lots of questions and get plenty of support.
Before Insight Day, the recruitment process and communication went very smoothly and I was provided with all information I needed. During the day itself, also everything was well organised in a timely and professional manner.
Although it was only one day, it included exercises and tasks that aimed at increasing our skills and competencies helpful in future application to PwC.
Subsidised Canteen
We were encouraged to apply for internships and placements, however there was not any fast tracks in the application process possible to be obtained.
The Culture
We did not have a lot of time to get to know each other well. However, from time that we spent together I can say that everyone was really nice and friendly.
