The Role
Good experience but highly dependent on team.
Manager was there when you need
Manager very encouraging of you doing courses even if not directly related to your job. Give you opportunities to learn more about the team.
Had long term project and so time management mostly left to self
Project was not critical
Many technical skills but more importantly was experience working in large organisation
The Company
Busy, as you'd expect in investment bank
Well structured by HR, e.g. had regular training sessions and speaker sessions
Manager always supportive but exposure was relatively narrow.
