The Role
From start to finish I was made to feel welcome by all colleagues at all levels, I was supported throughout yet given great responsibilities in exciting tasks and projects. The placement helped me discovered an inititative I never realised I had!
We always celebrated birthdays, went for pub meals and socialised outside of work hours, my team were great and I always looked forward to the away days!
My line manager/ supervisor was brilliant, she helped me through any difficulties and always backed me up in tricky situations, I had a great rapport with her and none of the management team were intimedating
There were peaks and troughs in workload levels but the flexi time approach helped this and hard work was always noted, it was never too busy but more challenging and exciting
I was invovled in a major project launch, I was given full responsibility to lead the launch and simply had to keep my manager updated weekly, it was a great experience!
Presentation skills cources, Microsoft Office training, trips to Alicante for Product training and the launch of the new Volkswagen UP! and Beetle...all the trainnig courses made available were excellent! Especially presentation skills! All of them will come in handy for uni next year!
The Company
The team were always up for a laugh and the atmosphere is quite informal at times
Great, the induction has since improved, I was the first undergraduate in my role so there was no student to handover to me so this was the only tricky part.
All training courses were funded by my department and I probably could of gone to a lot more!

There was plenty of spare wage to spend at the weekend, it's greta living for the weekend and you enjoy and appreciate your social time a lot more!
It's greta, plenty of lively bars, resteraunts and entertainment for everybody!
I wasn't aware of too manay but there's plenty going on that you'd never be bored
