The Role
A really great place to work with lots of opportunities to get involved with tasks that fall outside of your job role.
I felt extremely valued - I was in a real job role providing essential contributions to the team.
There is always support and guidance from your manager, and from others should you need it.
At the beginning of my placement I was eased into my workload and this increased to a manageable level.
Plenty of responsibility, I was responsible for several key outputs for the team and managed these with little oversight from my team members.
I was set on three training courses the most beneficial being a presentation skills course, no doubt this will benefit me for life.
The Company
Lots of activities outside of work.
