  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Lots of networking opportunities and really friendly colleagues made my time really enjoyable.

    • Everyone was really helpful and supportive during my time here.

    • I had a reasonable amount of work to do but was never really stressed and had free time.

    • I was given a reasonable amount of day to day responsibilities

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Learnt a lot of new IT and excel skills and gained a lot of knowledge and understanding of Banking and Finance.

    • Atmosphere was very light and casual and the people were always organising social and networking events.

    • Lots of presentations and useful talks were organised for us and overall the internship was really well structured.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • All the courses we were sent to were at top rated institutions and they invested a lot of the senior people's time and their own money on us during this placement.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Lots of intern events and the interns in my division were always willing and enthusiastic about going out.

    • London tends to be expensive.

    • Loads of bars and clubs and things to do in the evenings.

    • Many events, sports and all organised by various members of the division.
