The Role
Generally the placement was very enjoyable. There was a lot of training provided and as you joining with all of the other graduates you have a huge group of peers. The work you did depended a lot on the clients you are working on which can vary a lot.
As you work in teams you get the opportunity to work with a lot of different people who all have very different working styles. Generally everyone is very appreciative of the work you do which makes you feel like a valued member of the teams.
As mentioned above you work with a lot of people with different styles. Most of the time supervisors were very supportive and gave great guidance but there were times when this was not the case.
I tended to be either really busy or not have much to do. This depends a lot on the different clients you work on and is also to be expected in this line of work.
This depended a lot on the clients I was working on and the teams I was in. I would say I was given the right amount of responsibility where I had to take the initiative but knew I had the support of my teams if necessary.
There was a lot of training provided and I also got to complete the first 9 ACA exams which will help my in my studies and in my future career. As this particular job is in a client facing environment I was also able to really develop my communication skills.
The Company
The office is very large and fairly quiet. You also don't spend a lot of time there as more time is spent out at the clients offices.
I felt that the whole programme was very well organised with just a few areas for improvement which the company was keen to hear about an improve on.
There is a lot of training when you first start, and many training days/events in the months after. You also spend a lot of time in college studying towards the ACA qualification.
Subsidised Canteen

Above 25 days holiday
Depending on my final degree result I have a job when I graduate.
The Culture
A lot of people join at once so there are lots of opportunities for socials/drinks and going to college is also quite a social time.
Being London it is quite expensive
London so lots of clubs/bars/restaurants.
Everyone is in a social group which have events every few months. There are lots of groups/societies that can be joined depending on your interests.
