The Role
Excellent involvement within recruitment. I really enjoyed my role as the resourcer and was pleased to enjoy it more and more as my placement continued.
excellent support structure from all colleagues and up to senior management level.
Always help at hand and I always knew there would be someone to speak to for guidance
There was always something to do and i was always kept busy and was given the responsibility to take on ad hoc tasks.
I was given much responsibility within the tasks I completed and with the assitance required of me and therefore always felt valued and part of the team.
Skills for life without a doubt. Excellent involvement within the sales and a busy office environment and the opportunity to be involved in both the client and candidate side of the business was excellent in terms of professional development.
The Company
A lively and active environment in the office with lots of support from everyone around you. A team atmosphere and a real sense of enjoyment in the office.
No issues at all with the overall set up of the placement.
The company sent me out onto the same training a consultant has to undertake at the beginning of their career within HAYS and I learnt an awful lot from these valuable training sessions.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
The prospect of future employment is very appealing to me as I liked the priniciples and goals of the organisation but also understand that there is a great deal of career progression offered by HAYS.
The Culture
Close relationships with colleagues from various levels within the office.
Aberdeen can be quite expensive but there are many student areas which are "cheap as chips"
Great nightllife and atmosphere
Abereen is a very lively and active city
