    • everyone was really friendly, chatty, and had time for me

    • we were put on the employee database and allocated client sites to work on. this simple plan made sure we got a realistic view of the job and also made sure it ran smoothly

    • we had a few days away to a manor house where we attended an intensive training course aimed at developing our presentation skills
