The Role
My placement was enjoyable
My work was appreciated by my colleagues
Support was mostly available when asked for
Some days I had lots to do, others less so.
Generally given decent amounts of responsibility to go away and work independently on important internal services
The skills learnt are unlikely to assist me in the future, depending on my future career path
The Company
Mostly light-hearted
I was generally given a continuous flow of work to get on with
No specific training provided. I generally had to learn myself
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
It is possible I will be able to join the graduate scheme.
The Culture
Activities were organised
It's in Cambridge, need I say more?
Some decent clubs in Cambridge, but nothing to set the world alight.
There are several sports and social clubs to get involved in
