The Role
I have had more enjoyable experiences of work, but I feel that it may be due to the low level of experience I have in the job.
Everyone appreciated the work that I was trying to put in, irrespective of how small the task was.
Some members of management were incredibly inspiring and provided really interesting insights in to the line of work, others I struggled to engage with.
Some days, I had very little to do but occaisionally I was kept very busy, but majoritively quiet, especially given how many days I was out the office. I was shocked at the lack of organisation to present something to do when there was no work.
Given my low level of experience, I think I was given an approapraite level of responsibility.
If I choose this as a career path then they will prove useful, if not useless.
The Company
It was a very fun and friendly environment to work in.
When there was work to be done, there was plenty of guidance, however, when there was no work, there was absoltely no guidance or plans in place to make the time spent valuable.
A lot of man hours was spent attempting to train the interns.
Healthcare/Dental
If offered, I would accept
The Culture
all students were very friendly to each other, and there were socials organised.
It all proved to be pretty good value for money.
It was very good as it is in the same area as to where I went out as a student.
there was no elitism when it came to socialising.
