The Role
The work was varied and relevant.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
Any time I was unsure of what to do, my manager and other colleagues were all more than happy to help.
Always had something to be working on.
The tasks weren't just made up to give me something to do, they were things which would actually be used by the team.
Skills and training provided a much better insight into the practical application of what I learn at university.
The Company
Everyone seems happy enough (considering they're at work).
Didn't have any problems and always knew who to go to if there were to be any issues.
Setting objectives and regularly meeting with my manager to see how I was getting on helped with my personal training and development.
Sports and Social Club
Healthcare from home
Still have two weeks before the end of my Internship so will have to wait until the end to find out but hope to receive an offer.
The Culture
Met other interns for lunch every day and in the evenings some days.
Quite reasonable but not 'cheap'.
Lots to do in the evenings, especially over the festival.
If you wanted to get involved in activities I think you could, although I personally didn't.
