The Role
The Internship was a good learning curve, I was fortunate to work for a great team who were supportive and fair.
The team looked after me well, and there were a number of socail events that I was invited to.
Had regular 1:1s with my Line Manager
The Internship took a few days to get going but after inital manadatory training there was lots to get involved with.
I was given a little bit of responsibility but it is difficult in the commerical environment to be given significant responsibility.
How to deal with people in a corporate manner is something that will be a skill for life.
The Company
Atmoshphere in the office was relaxed.
Organisation was ok, maybe couold have been earlier information before Internship began.
