The Role
It has been an amazing experience of a lifetime.
Colleagues invested a great deal of trust in my ability to meet deadlines and complete the work with accuracy. I felt as a truly integrated member of the team.
Support is always there when you ask for it and you are encouraged to do so to maximise efficiency.
Some particularly busy (but exciting periods) with an overall perfectly balanced lifestyle.
Worked on large live transactions and got a real chance to contribute in a significant manner.
The discipline, skills and frame of mind developed in the internship will be prominent at every step of my life going forward.
The Company
Brilliant atmosphere in an open environment able to speak to every member of the team and learn from their experience.
Well designed training, case studies, community events and work allocation.
The internship is what you make of it but if you keep asking for more and pushing yourself you will really make the most of it and love every second of it.
Sports and Social Club
Company Car
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Healthcare from home
I could continue working here for the rest of my life and still find new ways to develop and grow.
The Culture
Great balance of teamwork and a truly brilliant mix of people.
The City is far better than CW and one of the best places to work globally.
There is always something to do in London.
Brilliant community event and engagement in corporate strategy, as well as team events.
