The Role
Challenged but given good support and guidance. Everyone more than happy to explain or for for a coffee to chat.
Being given worthwhile projects that actually added value to the team meant that I was appreciated by all for completing useful work.
Managers tended to be a bit too busy, although some made a concerted effort to check in regularly to see how you were getting on.
The Company
A lot of emphasis at the beginning of the internship during induction but not followed through the internship to the end.
The Culture
Were given the opportunity to work for a day with one of the charities that the firm supports as part of their CSR program.
