The Role
During my internship I gained a great deal of hands on knowledge and experience and feel like I have learnt a lot about the retail banking industry.
Very valued and really felt liek a member of the team
Branch manager and line manager were a huge help and very supportive, with constant one-to-ones to ensure i was happy and confident in my role.
Obviously each day varied but could have been kept busier at times.
A fair amoutn of responsibility but at times felt i could have been trusted with more
Great experience of retail banking and will be very useful in the future.
The Company
Great team atmosphere, always very lively and fun
Could have been more organised, but a general outline of tasks that should be completed was given
The firm trained me well and I feel like they have invested in me
National Travel
Prospects look very good as I received very positive feedback from the RBM and am currently awaiting a potential grad job offer.
The Culture
Fantastic social scene amongst all the interns
Lived at home.

Within the interns there was lots to do, but only went out a couple of times with the branch team
