The Role
I really enjoyed working at ARM - there was a lot of work to do which was very varied and I felt very welcome in the office
We got on well and they were grateful for the work I have done
I was given guidance and support which was good - I sometimes got left to my own devices, which meant that I had to work things out for myself, but this was also good for my development
Very busy, but I managed to get my work done most of the time! It was better that way!
I was given a fair bit of responsibility once I had shown that I could cope with this
Very good support and training
The Company
We were lots of different small departments or individuals in one office, so there was not such a strong atmosphere
