The Role
Treated like a proper member of the team - not just an intern
Really open and friendly teams - feeling at all levels of seniority - busy people always stirived to make time for you if possible
Manager tried his best but was incredibly busy so had less time than I would have liked for me.
Lots of tasks to keep me busy at all times, if you have a lull in office work - work harder on a different project.
Had to arrange and host numerous meetings - both in person and phone conferences. Collaborated with many teams to get my work done.
Really excelled in this department.!!
The Company
Serious working environment - but friendly and extremely busy people.
Very well structured - regular check ins with the intern coordinator and regular communications
Massive resources thrown towards us to develop our skills outside of academia/the knowledge required for the job e.g. charisma training.
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Got a job offer.
The Culture
Really friendly people - something to do with them each weekend as people made an effort to organise events.
London is expensive - but you can find good deals and fun nights out which don't cost the earth.
London is expensive - but you can find good deals and student nights - unfortunately this often means weeknights rather than weekends but can't complain.
You get as much out as you are prepared to put in!
