The Role
The 6 week internship was based ultimately around a data entry task which provided little exposure neither did it really help facilitate any understanding of what a graduate job in public sector audit would be like. On the other hand, the 1 week placement on a client site was certainly useful.
Ultimately our work which was solely desktop based was important for the project as a whole however for the majority of the time there was no contact with any senior members
The briefing at the start of the internship for a few hours familisarising ourselves with the excel template spreadsheet was too short considering we were delegated this task for 6 whole weeks
There was ample work set
Work at the client site provided early responsibility working as part of a team of experienced graduates however the majority of the time was in the office
The presentation workshop at Bradenham was the most useful training provided.
The Company
All members of staff were approachable

The days at the firms external training facilities demonstrated the firms investment

The Culture
Other interns were easy to get along with
Accomodation to rent near the office location was expensive
Good nightlife in London
