The Role
I have really enjoyed my time here; I have been on an internship here previously so knew what to expect but in general it has been good and I;ve expanded on my previous knowledge and skillset.
Everyone is really nice and easy to get along with.
Management has been very approachable and my buddy was also very helpful!
Some days I had a good amount of work on to keep me busy - especially towards the beginning. Later on, the work dwindled a bit so I didn't have as much.
I have definitely given a very good deal of responsibility during my time here, including making calls, sending out e-mails etc, and doing important work which is really nice and has definitely improved my confidence.
So many skills: communication, organizational, presentation skills, and the training has also developed my knowledge a lot.
The Company
At some points it was very quiet and other times louder. In general though, it was a very positive atmosphere so you can work when you need to but it's still very relaxed so you can have the odd chat too!
It was very well organized; the only problem I encountered was that I was unable to use Office Communicator, and a few of my fellow interns had the same problem.
I had a good amount of training to remind me of how things work, but to be fair I didn't need a great deal of training as I had already been here previously on an internship. Hence I would say I had the right amount.
Very appealing; I enjoyed the work and the office atmosphere and would really like to work here!
The Culture
Yes, there were regular socials and people generally get along well and have a good laugh.
Not too expensive, if you know where to go!
I didn't go out at night in the area I worked so I can't really say!
There were a fair few socials and also other events like netball matches; so a good many opportunities.
