The Role
Overall a great experience.
Very friendly
My direct manager was fantastic, however she worked in a different section and so initial guidance was a little difficult.
Started slowly as can be expected, but after a couple of weeks I had a good level of regular work.
Everything had to be double checked as with all employees. Felt quite limited as to the extent of how much I could do/experience.
Knowledge of the business was very interesting.
The Company
Friendly Office.
Very organised administration.
Not much attention given to developing potential candidates.
Company Parties/Events
A good graduate scheme, which gives insight into all areas of the stream and allows for a lot of networking between offices.
The Culture
Regular weekly drinks
Centre of London, so not cheap. Discount obtained in the cafes around the office.
Some good bars and restaurants, particularly Thurs/Fri night. Right near Shoreditch/Brick Lane
Not many besides the weekly drinks.
