The Role
Good company, friendly atmosphere, very helpful and ready to share knowledge
excellent team inclusivity
Good scheme setup with guidance, mentoring and a buddy system. given clear objectives with the scope to develop them in your own way.
Lots to do, always meetings to attend and other learning opportunities
Project directly feeds into current work and will shape future development
Not especially relevant to my degree but will stand me on great stead for a career in this industry
The Company
Social open plan setup, but able to work undisturbed as well
Mostly well presented although one or two minor logistical gaps
Lots of site visits and training but no offshore survival training due to the time and cost in the current economic climate
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Assessment centre in a few weeks...
The Culture
Good, most of us were living together in recommended student accomodation near work
not fanatastic but a decent number of interns
not much compared with a big city but average for its size
lots of sports and charity events available
