    • Good company, friendly atmosphere, very helpful and ready to share knowledge

    • Good scheme setup with guidance, mentoring and a buddy system. given clear objectives with the scope to develop them in your own way.

    • Lots to do, always meetings to attend and other learning opportunities

    • Project directly feeds into current work and will shape future development

    • Social open plan setup, but able to work undisturbed as well

    • Mostly well presented although one or two minor logistical gaps

    • Lots of site visits and training but no offshore survival training due to the time and cost in the current economic climate

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Good, most of us were living together in recommended student accomodation near work

    • not fanatastic but a decent number of interns

    • not much compared with a big city but average for its size
