  • Good scheme setup with guidance, mentoring and a buddy system. given clear objectives with the scope to develop them in your own way.

  • Social open plan setup, but able to work undisturbed as well

  • Mostly well presented although one or two minor logistical gaps

  • Lots of site visits and training but no offshore survival training due to the time and cost in the current economic climate

  • Good, most of us were living together in recommended student accomodation near work

  • not fanatastic but a decent number of interns

  • not much compared with a big city but average for its size
