The Role
There was a good split between very interesting and enjoyable work and work that may accurately represent a typical day, which was not as interesting.
All colleagues were very supportive and showed genuine appreciation for my work.
We received training and guidance all the way through
It varied hugely, but most days I was stretched but not made to stay too long overtime.
A great deal; I was given responsibility to interact with clients from almost day 1.
Studying accounting, this experience is clearly very relevant.
The Company
A real team atmosphere, everyone seemed enthusiastic about their work.
Very good in general, but a couple of 1/2 days with nothing to do.
A lot of money, time and effort was invested into all the interns.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, the internship provided a great insight.
The Culture
Very good, there were a lot of social events (every week) and most interns were keen to participate in them. The first week of the internship where all the regional office interns across the country met was great.
Most of the events were paid for by Deloitte.
Only a couple of nights out but they were really good.
Invited to numerous events almost every day.
