The Role
Not on par to being a wizard or a princess but pretty close!
We had lot's of laughs and went out for lunches and after work drinks.
I was supported every step of the way and could always ask any member of the team questions.
Some tasks were slow and dull but they were needed to pad out the day. I always had a project or presentation to fall back on whilst waiting to be given work.
My work was always checked but I was allowed to work on big important projects.
I learnt many soft skills I could take to any job!
The Company
Everyone had laughs and chatted away but people also would quiet down to do their work.
It didn't need to be organised weeks in advance as somebody would always have something for me to do if i asked around the team.
They weren't using me as a tool to pass on all the boring work to, and they wanted me to leave the placement feeling like i'd gained as much as i possibly could from it.
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home
I have the chance to interview in any service line and any office I wish to!
The Culture
We had to do a group presentation and ate lunch together every day as well as socialising at night!
Much cheaper than my home city.
I only went out a couple of times but it was great fun.
Dinners and lunches with the team as well as other placement students
