The Role
The team made the experience thoroughly enjoyable; they welcomed all interns very generously, included and invited us out wherever they could.
The team were appreciative to the help interns could provide them, as well as interns appreciating the help and guidance given by seniors/mentors.
There was great support, guidance and training throughout the internship, however, especially at the start of the programme, which gave a good knowledge base to work from.
I was also kept busy - both between work given by managers and with intern projects as well.
I feel I was given a fair amount of responsibility by my line manager, as was working on tasks he would do on a daily basis.
All skills are transferable, however, this internship gave me a better understanding of the insurance market, which is applicable in my studies at university.
The Company
Constant laughter, enthusiasm, banter - great environment!
very well organised.
I feel they invested in me very well, as we were working on the basis that this was an induction to the graduate scheme.
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
I would love to come back to Aon, all staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The Culture
It was slightly difficult to mingle with large sums of other interns as we were spread amongst various departments. However socialising did take place.
It was an average London price
Was very fortunate we were invited out to corporate events. Was great to socialise and network!
Yes.
