The Role
I was treated the same as my other colleagues.
Good development programme and lots of training opportunities.
Very busy due to resource issues but meant I learn't lots and was never bored.
Pretty much the same as my other more experienced colleagues.
Valuable skills to use in my career.
The Company
Busy, fast paced office.
HR took charge of the programme and I was well intergrated into my team.
I was able to do as much training as I could fit in.
Subsidised/Company Gym
You have to go through the same progress as other applicates, no advantage having worked there already.
The Culture
A few network sessions, presentations, town halls every quarter where all of finance get together. However not many team socials as everyone was too busy due to resource issues.
Expensive as london but Canary Wharf cheaper to live than centre of london.
Few bars in Canary Wharf but easy access into centre of London
Lots of charity and community opportunities.
