The Role
Enjoyed it very much
I felt very valued on a daily basis
Many managers offered me guidance on the projects I was set
Very busy in a good way as I was never sitting with nothing to do
Not much responsibility as it is difficult to give interns that much responsibility
The training I received will not help to my degree
The Company
Good balance, very friendly welcoming atmosphere
Organised well into two separate rotations to get more exposure
One week of training at the beginning of the placement including an afternoon of excel
Depends how the banking industry looks next year
The Culture
Yes we would go out for work with other interns
London is generally expensive
Lots of bars and clubs
Not many - a few sports teams but not much awareness among interns
