The Role
I was given the chance to explore and grow my interests which meant everyday was interesting and challenging
I was fully involved in all aspects of the job and trusted far beyond my expectations
Colleagues were happy to sit down and discuss improvements on work you had a go at
In cases where I didn't feel busy enough I felt comfortable to ask colleagues for more work and even had the chance to explore complete separate elements of the company
I felt like my contribution was truly valued
I asked for advice on my studies and development colleagues of all levels were happy to sit down and discuss prospects with me
The Company
Due to an expanding team the atmosphere was great, lively and fun.
My placement was set out very well, I occasionally had to ask for a progress check but I have no complaints at all. As I was leaving significant improvements were being made to improve the placement scheme
Colleagues always had the time to help with improvements and suggest areas you could work on.

Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Both direct entry roles and the graduate schemes are definitely an option I will be exploring
The Culture
As there are 95 students based in the office I was working in there was always something going on
Not cheap but living in such close proximity to the center of London I didn't expect it to be cheap
So many different places to go out from big clubs to small bars and pubs. Great selection of restaurants as well.
You didn't have to look far at all
