The Role
very good placement can get a bit repetative at times but plenty to learn as well.
thrown into the deep end there was nothing anyone in the branch could do that us interns where not allowed to do.
we where guided through our management folder very well and follwed by high up management with in the group made it feel we where all worth their time!
Always busy just how i like it! but never stressed on timing as there is always a solution on hand.
lots of resposibility from off the start, we had the same say as everyone else in the company, only a few hickups changed this from a 10.
deffinately helps with organisations and communications skills, but would like to learn a bit more about forcasting and day to day running of a business.
The Company
great environment all the characters matched perfectly with a great balance. understandable as the recruitment process refines to what kind of character Enterprise need.
everything was very clear and encountered no problems or delays along the way.
as the whole company works on internal promotion the personal training is very complete but as i was working at the busiest airport in scotland our time felt a little more restrickted.
Flexi Time

Company Parties/Events
if you get the internship they have matched you up with the business, so unless you do not perform as expected a garenteed job!
The Culture
all got a long with each other great so much that we still have regular nights out together and feel like we have know each other for years.
depends where but as long as you are a student you will know where to go and how to fund it, its general student life in any of the big cities.
Edinbourgh nightlife is very good and international, not the cheapest but always a quality night out on what ever night you go.
personally i play football for the enterprise team and we have had other social activities outside of work so i would say this is another awsome aspect of having friendly collegues and vibrant city.
