All HSBC employees are welcoming and helpful- all strive to really make you feel part of the team from day one.
Always very helpful- always willing to answer questions no matter how simple.
Different tasks to complete- interesting and diverse.
Given the same responsibilities as a full time analyst- obtain a very realistic impression of the job.
Soft skills developed and improved over the 10 weeks which are integral to succeeding in banking are generally not assessed in degree programmes but are very imporatant for later life!
