The Role
Very enjoyable, each day was completely different to the previous
Very valued, all processes taught and explained in thorough detail
depended on how busy supervisors were, on occasions was very difficult to get help
Was very busy some days but never bored.
Basically did the same level and depth of work as a full time recruit
many of the people skills I learnt helped improve my level of communication and networking
The Company
cracked jokes and had a good time frequently through the day
on the whole very good, with the exception of one system which failed to install when I arrived
the whole of the first week was training: both technical and soft skills so was very useful
