Well structured, regular lunch and learn, talks (by senior mgmt) to provide a good overview of Investment Banking as a whole. Buddy and Mentors to help with day to day tasks.
Started with a one week induction program which was quite helpful.

HSBC is a great organisation and would love to come back and work here.
The Culture
It was Ok. Went out for drink and movies a few times.
It was variable depending but generally not too expensive as all of us were students and on a limited budget.
Worked in Canary Wharf. Not a great nightlife tbh, but City is just 10mins aways on the tube.
Lots of things happening, I had the oppurtunity to play cricket for the HSBC team
