The Role
I have really enjoyed my year. Brilliant experiance I met some gret poeple who I learnt a lot from.
Yes I felt very valued by my department.
I was given alot of support from my manager and team.We also had two structured training days with an independent training company.
Yes I was quite busy. But that not neccesarily a bad thing, it never got boring!
I was given the responsiblity of managing two marketing projects,both a strategic marketing project and a marketing communications project.
I would encourage anyone to take a placement year as it assit with your development and gives you experince of a real business environment.
The Company
Yes the general atmosphere was upbeat and postive.
Yes it was organised well.
The company invested alot of time and resources in my development.The placement scheme also involved a two day course on management and personal development.

Yes I would like a Job with Cummins.
The Culture
Yes there was a big group of Placements and Graduates and we had alot of social events.
The costs were fine.
Yes it was good,the town (Stamford) is small lbut there is a varity of bars and pubs.There is also Peterborugh which is near for Nightlife
Yes socially there were many activities and charotable events.
