The Role
Very insightful.
Was given actual work to do.
Always there to help and assist.
Different between days and departments, but usually about right.
Left to my own devices whilst working, not constatnly being watched over.
The team building day of the induction, will be useful for a long time.
The Company
Great atmosphere, everyone knew everyone.
One or 2 problems, took 2 days to gain access to the K drive, and the taxi situation after the induction finished was a bit difficult. Also felt it a bit unfair for people working quite far from Birmingham to get to there regional office for 9am the next morning. Other than that to be fair, it was very well organised.
Was difficult not getting a lot of specific training to begin with, but thats obvouosly one of these things when doing a rotation scheme. Around the office people would always give their time to help and assist.
Had postive feedback so far so looking hopeful.
The Culture
Yes, several nights of drinks and dinner, heard of several nights out aswell.
Expensive, wages are low in comparison with local economy.
Bars i went to were great, but did tend to go home at weekends.
5s on a Monday, was difficult though with it being a smaller office.
