The Role
Good office environment and a good team around me.
All colleagues valued the work which I did.
Manager provided frequent feedback (often daily) on my performance and progress on the tasks which I had been given.
I had a couple of ongoing projects which meant there was never nothing to do.
I was given freedom to carry out many tasks by myself which were then later reviewed by somebody else in the team to check and ammend where necessary.
No matter what industry I go into later on in my career, the skills I have learnt over the past 9 weeks will no doubt be of use to me.
The Company
Everybody in my team was very approachable and easy to get on with.
Structure and plan was set out from start to finish before the internship even began.
I was given a lot of training on the job with other members of the team teaching me things as I went along.
I was offered a place on the Graduate Scheme.
The Culture
The majority of the interns had lucnh together most days and also went out for drinks together once a week or so.
It was as expected for central London.
It was as expected for central London.
Due to the nature of the internship we were not here long enough to get involved in much of the out of hours activity.
