The Role
It was hard work with an awful lot to learn in a very short space of time but the work was challenging in a mainly enjoyable manner.
Even as a newcomer to the industry my opinions were valued and respected.
Brilliant support from the management within my team.
Had plenty of work to do, although more variety at times would have made life more interesting.
About the amount I wanted.
Not hugely with my degree studies, but good for ling term work place skills and competencies.
The Company
Not a never ending party but pretty sociable for an office.
Once you start it's fine, the lead up is somewhat tangled and disorganised.
Lots of people were more than happy to give me lots of their time to teach me and help me understand things, but this was in place of any formal training.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
At the moment it's a case of wait and see, although there's a well defined process for going for a graduate job from an internship.
The Culture
Yes, but generally centred around where people were living.
High, but expected for greater London
You've got to travel a little way to get any.
Not much considering the size of the office.
