There were conflicts about the value of my project between the graduate team and my manager.
They were very interested in my development
The graduate recruitment team were very interested in my development.
I was slightly bored and under utilised.
I wasn't allowed to send my own e-mails without sending them too my manager first.
It won't help me in my degree but i developed a number of employability skills greatly through out my placement.
The Company
It was a fun office and nice and relaxed.
It was very well organised in general and was an impressive scheme.
They invested time and effort. The graduate team worked hard to ensure that I developed as a potential employee.
The graduate scheme looks very good, but you have to be flexible with location.
The Culture
It was fine in leicester, but some students were left in a city by themselves.
It wasn't an expensive area.
It wasn't a very desirable area for experiencing nightlife.
There were little opportunities.
