The Role
Placement was challenging but the results are very satisfactory
Project is independent, on the receiving end most of the time.
Support from most levels - HR, mentor and line manager
Varies. Was bored to start with but got fairly busy very quickly.
Findings have direct impact on trading strategy for certain products.
Great understanding of derivatives trading!
The Company
Lively trading floor.
Overall HR side has done well. Could be more systematic for the trading interns e.g. organise building inductions.
Lots of opportunities available and al the stuff are very helpful.

Not enough at the central London office. The Sunbury office seems like a place for fun.
