The Role
I had a great time during my placement and enjoyed going to work in the morning
I feel I helped add value to the business, and that colleagues noticed this.
I had good support from both of my line managers and felt I could always contact someone if necessary
Project work meant that sometimes i was very busy and other times I was waiting for other people.
I was given quite a lot of responsibility, most decisions were checked by manager
I think I have developed many skills during the placement. I received some Excel training early on and I have developed my presentation skills which will be helpful in the future.
The Company
As my team were spread out accross the country I was sometimes left on my own. With a large network of interns and graduates there are usually people around.
Pretty well organised. Knew how to get help/support when needed.
I think I developed well during the placement. Had Excel training, development through career coaching sessions and presentations.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Would love to come back onto the grad scheme
The Culture
Brilliant social scene. Had a great time with all the other interns.
Pretty expensive area, but living costs were reduced as accomodation was included.
Good, and close to London
Yes some great activities were organised.
