The Role
My manager was usually not in, but always made sure he spoke to me on the phone. I was thrown in at the deep end, but knew I could contact him if needed.
I sometimes jumped between being really busy, and then not having much be doing. Most of the time however, it was a good balance.
It won't be useful for my degree, but I have learnt a lot that will help in future finance jobs.
The Company
Everyone was quite hard working.
Very well organised.
My team explained things well to me, but I did not get sent on any courses
Sports and Social Club
I would definately consider taking a job with them if I were offered.
The Culture
We had accommodation paid for, so saved much money from living.
